Zürich, 2. April1999 Direktor von Radio B92 verhaftet - Jagd auf die OppositionWir fordern: Diplomatischer Schutz für den Widerstand!Heute Karfreitag, 2. April, um 9 Uhr morgens, wurde der oppositionelle Belgrader Radiosender B92 von Polizisten des serbischen Regimes heimgesucht. Sascha Mirkovic, Direktor der Radiostation, wurde verhaftet und ein regimetreuer Direktor eingesetzt. Wir protestieren schärfstens gegen diese Massnahme. Wie wir von Leuten aus Belgrad und anderen Städten Serbiens erfahren haben, ist die Jagd auf Oppositionelle im Land im vollen Gange. Wir fordern die Schweizer und andere Regierungen auf:

In other words, Mr. Mirkovic has been ousted and is no longer Director of Radio B92. The new court decision appointed the new Director of Radio B92, Mr. Aleksandar Nikacevic. The premises of the Radio B92 have been sealed off. Soon after the new Director, with the presence of inspectors, issued the order to all the employees to meet at their working place no later than Monday, April 5. STRUGGLE CONTINUES.
